I had a similar thing happen to me. Lost one testicle to cancer, the other just started shrinking. I went on T-replacement therapy, which actually did me some good. The remaining teste shriveled away, and I have not seen or felt it in months.

I have the same problem. A simple solution, I wear women's bikini swim suit bottoms, a little snugger than normal. They hold the floppy skin up and away from my legs, and provide a great hammock for Richard. He tucks away nicely, and comfy.

Yes, I am on Testopel T-pellets that are inserted jist under the skin. Renew every 4 months. They are working great, and I feel great. Only downside is I have to donate blood about every two monthe to reduce red blood cells.

In my case, it was likely due to my vasectomy. After the tubes were tied, the body tends to reabsorb the sperm. In my case, it did not, and the stuff built up. Ultimately became cancerous. Removal was my only option. The first surgery the doc removed only the 'mass", but biopsy showed total removal ...
