Re: Testosterone levels
I'm also taking 20 Mg of progenova and 6 Mg of estrodiol daily my total estrogen level was at 34 I'm not sure if that a good thing or not.
If I'm correct you are taking 20mg of progynova which is oral estradiol valerate plus another 6mg of some other oral estradiol preparation.
So totally you ...

Re: HRT and Male Health
The latest I have read is that estradiol is indeed beneficial for women with menopause, for their bones, and that the doeage should be .625 mg daily
estrogen dosage largely depends on concrete medication, and also on the person and the medication delivery method (oral, injection, transdermal ...

Punkypink,
This is just to say that I totally agree with your view towards "admirers" of ts women. I think you have described the reality of such "admirations" very well.

One small correction: IS people are not mentally ill.

Re: Testosterone Does Not Induce Aggression, Study Shows
I have read about similar study (It very well may be that it was the same), though not in English. In it it was stated that participants were women. Therefore T dose was small. It is very likely that it made them feel better (better mood, clearer thinking). Nearly everyone is fairer, when they feel ...

I tend to think that what ever "fuel" you use be it Estrogen or Testosterone can define you as male or female. As to the idea that a third sex (an asexual castrate) being part of this? I agree.
Not only this. I think that most crucial factor here is psycho-social identity- i.e. how one ...

The article was printed back in 1965.

Actually this explains a lot of things in the article.
It is sad that even Today, quite a lot of doctors are like this, especially in more concervative (typically catholic) countries. I know one person from the Eastern part of Europe who was declared ...

Re: VERY interesting: self-castration and penectomy
This paper is long, but very interesting:
http://www.psychosomaticmedicine.org/cgi/reprint/27/1/53.pdf
In a way this paper illustrates incompetence/rigid thinking of doctors. They should have sent this person to psychiatrist/psychologist specializing in GID (i.e. trannsexuals) for evaluation ...

Herbal products can mimic action of estriol at best, and estriol is about 1000 times weaker than estradiol.
