Reasons for becoming a eunuch

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I am curious to learn if anyone is in the same boat as me. Does anyone know the phsyical side effects of removing the penis versus just the testicles? I'm trying to figure out which procedure is best for me, or whether I should get both removed.

Loss of physical strength

I read on a site written by a man who had undergrone castration that his physical strength and muscle mass had decreased noticeably after surgery. I'm not exactly "buff," but I do try to keep in shape. If after surgery, I continue to diet and exercise properly, will I experience significant muscle ...
