Hot flashes for me are like living in he'll, they are full on with sweat pouring off me like I just got out of a sauna.

What do you think would of being the most painful way to being castrated in the past and now in present ?

I used alcohol injection to kill my balls and had both of them removed.

How many have got to that goal of having them removed or having them killed from injections?...

Life without out T was my goal, thats why i got myself castrated.

But thoses hot flashes, lack of energy and weight gain killed that idea for me.

Again unhelpful doctor dont understand what i was trying to accomplish,

So now i used just enough T to get by.

I wish the doctors woukd give me ...

I had one taken each way.

The inguinal procedure is more painful and takes longer to full heal and recover.

Though the scrotum is much quicker healing less pain, i have never felt any stump of the cord in the scrotum.

Question is which way would i do it if i did it again.

Hi, from Australia aswell the only way for myself to reach my goal of castration was to go down the alcohol injection path. Which did work for me to get both of them removed

Its nearly being a month since i syop using testogel and the hot flashes have reduced a lot now, still get them , dont seem as made as they where. One thing i have noticed is no night time erection which is good no more getting woke up with a hard on.
