He (Dr. Fara) is an excellent plastic surgeon and does voluntary orchiectomies without a shrink too. He did mine and after 6 months you couldn't even see a scar.

A plastic surgeon will probably do a much better looking job with less scarring. Most urologists and general surgeons don't take as much time to minimize scarring and don't seem to give a rats ass about what the scars ...
