Libre Office might change the font size on it (without taking away its status as a title), but a web browser is likely to format it more like the title markup, and a whole paragraph formatted that way looks ...

It would be too frustrating to be waiting for two or more stories to be posted. One is bad enough.



An author can be pretty sure the instalment will be posted within a day or two, whereas the reader might have to wait weeks, months, or even years for a story to be continued.
