Mine is a relic of a 5 year, online & long distance relationship. He was a Scot, hence: forbes. He was Jr & I was Sr. I got used to using it whenever I was stumped for anything more creative.

Yes, in fact with most psychiatrists the goal is to get you stabilized for a period of time like 2-3 years and then start to slowly wean you off of them.

I also find, since I make notes on stuff like this, that when I am very fatigued I crave fruits. (Pineapples, oranges, grapefruit) - what did you think I meant?! I don't know if this ties in with the lower testosterone levels or not.

There is proof that there are simple things to help with depression, in addition to medication:
Chocolate (dark - the expensive kind!)
Pets (puppies are best)
Little kids (boys - age 3-10 work best)

The Depression issue puts me in quite a quandry, folks.
