m not gay. Wanted to make that clear. This is of great interest to me. I had hoped that testosterone would fix the libido problem. It drove up the numbers but oddly enough not much else. Polycythemia was a concern at the start. It did work at first.

Curious as to how the proceedure went. You probably still have a catheter. I hope you fare better than my friend who was incontinent for 30 years until he died.

Got the Tadalafil, second dose, no changes, shorty is still short.

I tried chemical castration first, having castration fantasies for decades before trying chemical castration. It went well for a week, but then hot flashes set in and I stopped. I found the elastrator at age 8 and played with it. As Riverwind would all ways say, "Your mileage may vary ".

Just got back from my Urologist. March 3 is scheduled for Urolift, only scheduled for one day a month and February is full.

This cystoscpy burned after, not just urinating but even during water aerobics for an hour at the pool, Next time I will ask for that silicone sex lube, that when you get it on your hands, you can't pick up anything for a week. I've had painless catheters before.

My best friend through school lived 30 years in diapers after his prostrate removal and subsequent castration. PAE is basically killing the prostate by blocking the arteries and that is one of the options my urologist is considering for me. I'll know more on the 24th of January. Good luck on the ...

Cystoscpy was today along with ultrasound, Friday the 24th next appointment. Burns to urinate.

A friend of mine that I talked with this morning said he was talking Cialis for his nocturia every other day. Since it's now covered by insurance. This may be another option for me, I'll ask my. Urologist.

In November I went to a urologist because he advertised UrOlift. He gave me Tamsulosin, it caused extremely sharp headaches. I took Tamsulosin for over a month and switched to Pygeum and so far it has worked better than Tamsulosin.
