Caverject was the ED medication to produce an erection before Viagra.

It is injected into side of limp penis and a good erection follows in aout 5 - 10 minuts and normall lasts an hour or so.

I think it would work even is chemically or surgically castrated.

If a man is chemically (or physically) castrated, it is possible to occasionaly have normal sex with his wife.
