I cannot reach the bottom shelf in the grocery store, for example. If I do squat down, I cannot stand up unless there is someone or something to pull myself up ...

There was no need for that particular lab. I live in the boondocks so perhaps that had something to do with it.

I just spent 4 days in hospital thanks to a severe asthma attack. They always ask me the usual questions about past surgeries, so I tell them. Dr. ordered blood drawn to check my T level. Duh! Next time I'll just lift my gown....

10-year anniversary coming up. I was born male, now castrated, and still present and feel like a male, but with zero libido, which is what I wanted.

Coming up on 10 year anniversary. No regrets. Got the result I wanted - zero libido. No TRT for me. Testosterone is like poison for me.

I filled it out, but many of the questions seemed biased towards a specific (preconceived?) area about gender & body image issues.
