You will notice that I'm german, too. Did you already talk to an experienced surgeon who performs gender affirming surgery? That might be a good idea, for example Uniklinik Essen or Evang. Kliniken Essen-Mitte. These clinics already performed nullification surgeries, especially the Uniklinik.

Then you gave the answer yourself. There's a noticeable risk of incontinence that can't be discussed away. You don't want that risk, so don't get the prostate removed.

I do not believe there is a one size fits all age "requirement" for this. It has to be done under the care of appropriate physicians and a carefully selected (by the patient) care team. Parents should also be left to make the medical decisions for their children, not politicians.
