Hi all

I have been registered here for not much longer than a year and, in practice, have only been active for past 3 or 4 months (mainly via chatroom rather than forum).

Although only registered in 2003, I have regularly accessed this site since early 1999 ..... not for the fantasy-type aspects ...

It would be impossible to obtain this surgery from a surgeon who adheres to the Harry Benjamin Standards of Care. Some GRS surgeons, esp. many of those in Asia, are more flexible in terms of who they will provide surgery to, so if you are prepared to lie and have the money then it may be possible ...
