My serious misgivings about the burdizzo can be read elsewhere on this noticeboard.
Suffice to say that I believe surgical castration is the only guaranteed non failure method.

Hi
I tried burdizzo three times to no effect.
The first two times the cords slipped and only left me with nasty scars on my ballsac. The third time I tied the cords with a surgical suture and applied the burdizzo on both sides for more than a minute to assure effect. I even used local anaesthesia ...
