Todd was arrested and released in December as most of you know. As of February 17 Todd has not been charged with any crime because of a lack of evidence or witnesses. The Los Angeles District Attorney told Todd he might receive charges through the mail but none up to now.

Apparently the police have nothing better to do than to arrest Todd Bertrang, my friend, for performing a vservice. None of his so-called victims were forced: they all came to him willingly.
