Is it really this easy ? Sounds too simple. Pure 40% ethanol alcohol is no problem to get. Simply repeating the injections 3-4 time will lead to my castration ? If this is true I could have saved myself all the trouble with the burdizzo and I would not need to take the risks of ...

The balls must come out and be removed. If there is to be no "danger" of them recovering. The sutures may not be tight enough, for example.
