Thanks everybody for the responses so far. Good information. I especially like the idae of kicking myself in the crotch! Ouch! I hadn't thought of that, but it would prove pretty well that I had been castrated or not. Why do I always miss the obvious?

I am scheduled for my orchiectomy with dr. Kimmel/Spector in a few weeks, and I am wondering how will I know for certain (!) that I have been castrated, short of watching the procedure myself. Does anyone out there have experience with Dr. Kimmel? Can you let me know what your experiences have been ...
