Re: Did anyone see Hard Candy?
I saw the movie yesterday. There is a fake castration scene, that means, the girl ties her victim on a table, uses ice cubes on his genitals as an anasthetic an prepares a video camera, so he can watch his orchiectomy on the TY live. Later he is able to free himself and realizes, that he is still ...

Spandones and Thilibiae
There had been three prominent formes of castration in ancient Rome. The castrati had their penis and their testicals cut off by a knife. The spandones had their testicals ruptured and the thilibiae had their testicals crushed. The thilibiae had been prefered by some Roman women as lovers, because ...

Szenario
In some ballbusting forums men are looking for women who just kick them between their legs. But this szenario lacks the unexpected and it does not take into account the natural reluctance to pain. A set of rules would give the whole thing a structur. For example:
1. There should be some kind of ...

Piotr O. Scholz: "Der entmannte Eros: Eine Kulturgeschichte". Artemis & Winkler 1997; 308 pages.
Scholz relates castration to the history of civilization. In his opinion, eunuchs have their origin in the political system of sacred monarchism, because god-like rulers never allowed ordinary man in ...

Ancient Instruments
Their is some knowledge about how castration was done in ancient times. The galloi of the Cybele cult used ritual stone knives to emasculate themselves. We also have the picture of the Roman castration clamb. Does anybody know with which instrument had been used, when the testicles were not cut off ...

Roman castration clamp reconsidered
There is a picture of a Roman castration clamp on the starting site of the EA. I never really understood how this clamp worked and why it should be necessary for cutting off of a man's testicals. There is a German doctor thesis of Susan Tuchel ("Kastration im Mittelalter"). In the Roman Empire there ...

Meeting place
I wonder why castration is only a virtual forum. Why isn't there a place, maybe a house, where eunuchs, wannabes and interested women meet or even live together temporarly?

Re: Castration in ancient times
I do not understand the technical need of the castration clamp fully. It seems to be a convenience gear, useful to position the testicals just before the cut?

Re: Castration in ancient times
It is hard to believe with a castration clamp as shown on the website of the EA such variations of pressure could have been achived. Just to soften a testical and not to crush it would probably need a longterm procedure. And if the testical is completly crushed, what will happen medically to it ...
