The worst thing about being a pessimist is that I'm so seldom disappointed.

I gave the incorrect title of the movie. It is Friends and Family.

It is about a gay couple that serve as bodyguards/enforcers for a mob family.

It pokes fun at stereotypes in both directions.

It should be easy to rent a copy or get one fairly inexpensively on e-bay.

Thinking about it, it occurs to me that there are more positive movies geared toward gay/bi women than gay/bi men.

The only positive one about gay men that comes to mind is the comedy Friends of the Family.

Does anyone have recommendations?

A lighthearted comedy I HIGHLY recommend is Imagine Me & You. Also, check out Better Than Chocolate.

Both are wonderful.
