Wow it’s been over two years since I’ve posted on this forum. I’m still doing well my health is still good and I’m still working too hard...

Beginning a new year still alive still overdoing everything. I can still work circles around most intact males. I'm building cars and walking the dog. I'm very happy being me. Anyone who wants what I have try Daoism first, peace with yourself is more important than anything.

"T" free. I have pretty much stopped having any hormone related annoyances. I have noticed I sleep less now, I used to enjoy sleeping 12 hours on weekends now 6 is more than enough with 5 hours being more the norm ...

Just over a week from 6 years I am still alive still with my soulmate and still very happy. Life without testosterone has been different but a good different.

7 months into 2009 I am noticing I am more prone to injury I need to be much more careful these days. other than that steady as she, he or it goes.

I suppose this thread is nearing EA legend status but I think it should be treated more like a documentary than anything else.

I have learned to consciously control my body temp but at night I tend to heat up a bit.

usually at a year you are done with the changes hormonally but unless you are on HRT or you excersize you will see continued weight gain.
