The website you mentioned were saying this from a hyperthetical point of view. Of couse to determine any part of an organ if it is cancerous is to have it removed and dissected and put under the microscope, this is not about curing a patient directly but in the interest of research. Have to disagree. Urologists are not all surgeon even thought they may know about surgical ops many do just checkups and advice.
