My impression from being around transgender communities and friends for over a year is that cyproterone acetate may actually affect libido more than a bilateral orchiectomy. Cypro also seems to harm the liver, necessitate Vitamin B12 supplementation, and carry an increased risk of depression. If I ...

I was cut just before turning 22 and realistically I would be in a much better spot if it was done 6 ~ 12 months earlier. I was long ready for it and my dysphoria was just becoming destructive and consuming. Idealistically, such evils would have never attached to my body.
