The file usually called "tribal penectomy" is from the movie "Addio Ultimo Uomo"

The name of the movie is "August Underground's Mordum", created by Toetag productions in 2003.

The fact that you know it is fake does NOT take away from the otherwise real looking scene that leaves you breathless...

I am pretty sure it is not actual, like Paolo, I have a few issues...one is that with the placement of the "cutters" hand and later the "victims" hand, there is never a time that the whole crotch is actually exposed.

I think it is a clever fake.
